Problems with your Sage espresso machine. Perhaps we can help!Â
There’s nothing worse than turning on your espresso machine at the weekend and you realise something is not right. It may be making odd noises or it just drips cold water from the group head. Frustrating at best. Now, although these machines are fantastic for making your favourite brew, they contain alot of moving parts and inveriably they go wrong. If this has happened to your machine and it still has a valid warrenty then you can return it to Breville and they will take care of the problem and return it to you in good time. However if you’ve purchased a used machine or the warranty has simply run out perhaps we can help as we typically service and repair the Touch, Oracle, Pro and Express. Let us know which machine you have
Whilst we promote our roasted coffee beans all over the world via this website, it’s vitally important that we stay in touch and interact with our local and regional customers. Our early 1980’s converted horse box is a perfect way to achieve this via weekly markets and summer shows. Some of our visitors are amazed when they arrive at the serving hatch only to realise that there aren’t any behemoth, chrome clad commercial machines with all the bells and whistles but a couple of compact little Sage Barista Touch machines and a Dualit milk steamer for back-up. Over an eight hour period we usually serve between 200 and 250 cups, all from these smart little machines. At the end of each day we remove them from the trailer as they only weigh around 12 kilos and clean them ready for the next gig. As the water is very hard in our part of the world we descale each machine twice a week. Even with filtered water these machines are prone to “scaling up” due to the small diameter hoses that give you instant hot water. If you want to avoid clogging issues you can use bottled water which is a small price to pay for seamless coffee making.
However if you discover a fault which is mechanical or electrical, your machine may need to be operated on.Â
Just fill out the form below and we will be in touch before you know it with advise and support.
In the comment or message section, try to explain in detail, the problem your machine is experiencing. It may not always be as serious as you think!
