Refund and Returns Policy

It is important to us that you have the a great experience when buying our products so we have a thirty day money back guarantee. 

We work hard to give you a consistently special taste with our heirloom, garden variety, semi wild & specialty coffees. You will never receive coffee that is aged to the point of tasting stale, a grade other than specified or a defective roast. There is no accounting for taste as they say so unfortunately if you don’t like the variety that you have bought from us then we cannot refund or exchange the product.

However, the 30 day money back guarantee will cover the following:

× Un-opened packets. The  packaging must remain as original with no marks or tears and retaining the original seal. 

× Faulty packaging upon delivery.

× Claims made by us that do not represent the product correctly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

You can return your item to the following address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item however shipping costs will be refundable after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
